Shipping & Delivery information

UK nationwide delivery is available on all products. Standard delivery is £7.95 (free over £150). Delivery is calculated during the checkout process. Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 8am & 6pm (not including Bank holidays/Busy periods). Some orders will arrive in 2 seperate parcels due to size and weight. Please allo wan additional day before contacting us regarding missing parcels as your second may arrive the next day just dependant on the delivery company. Once you have placed your order we allow 24 hours for you to make any amendments to your order. Once 24 hours have passed your order will be sent into production and you can no longer make any changes or obtain a refund. Please allow upto 5 working days for your order to be manufactured and shipped from the warehouse. Some items do have a longer turnaround.
