Damaged or Faulty Order: Can I Modify Measurements or Colour? Regrettably, alterations to measurements or colours cannot be accommodated once an order has arrived damaged or faulty. We can only proceed with replacements for damaged or faulty blinds after completing an investigation and confirming the necessary steps for the next stage.

Order Cancellation and Refunds: Orders for goods that are manufactured, measured, or custom-made to your specifications cannot be changed or cancelled. These items, tailored to your requirements, are deemed non-resaleable by us.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: Can I Cancel and Get a Refund? Yes! If your order has not entered the manufacturing process due to an item being out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation by Online Blinds Express: Online Blinds Express reserves the right to cancel your order if the blinds are discontinued, the order is unpaid or not fully paid, if unwilling to cover the delivery cost, or in the event of internal system errors (such as typing errors or pricing discrepancies).

Delivery Service: Our express delivery service is swift and efficient. Once the blinds are made (typically within 3-5 working days), they will be dispatched the following day from the warehouse. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, and the blinds must be signed for upon receipt to confirm delivery.
